Wraith is a personal-exposure and digital-footprint service. By submitting a request you warrant and agree to the following.

Authorised use only

You are the subject of the report, or you hold a lawful basis to investigate the named subject (for example their consent, or another lawful basis under applicable data-protection and computer-misuse law), and you can produce evidence of that basis on request.
Every request requires you to verify ownership of the email address you provide. For third-party requests you must additionally attest to your lawful authorisation; that attestation is recorded with your IP address and a timestamp.
You will not use this service to stalk, harass, intimidate, dox, defraud, or otherwise harm any person. Doing so may constitute an offence under the Criminal Justice (Offences Relating to Information Systems) Act 2017 (Ireland), the Computer Misuse Act 1990 (UK), data-protection law (GDPR), anti-harassment law, and equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction.

Wraith compiles information from publicly available and third-party sources. Results are an automated, non-exhaustive, point-in-time snapshot. The absence of a finding is not a guarantee that no exposure exists, and third-party breach data may be incomplete or, occasionally, misattributed to the wrong person.
Reports are provided for informational and personal-security purposes only, must be treated as confidential, and should be independently validated before you act on them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wraith, its operating company, and their officers, employees and contractors from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, fines, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or any request you initiate — including any request made without a lawful basis.
We may refuse, throttle, or suspend any request at our sole discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
